PAYMENT
We accept major credit card payments. The money order/cashiers check will accept over the phone contact. All money orders must be made in the US funds.
Confirmed Address: When you pay with your credit card online, please provide your confirmed address, which is your credit card billing address. If you want the package to be sent to a different address, please provide that actual shipping address correctly and your telephone number.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We will ship your order right after the payment is confirmed, it usually within 48 hours except weekend. Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling charge.

We ship via USPS priority mail. Special shipping requirements can be accommodated upon request. Please contact us for your special freight.
All international orders freight are depend to customers? request shipping way, it may take longer than normal Customs - Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes and customs once the item reaches your country. We cannot predict what these fees may be. Please note that the customer is responsible for customs charges and customs clearance.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through yongjiajewelry.com, contact us for a return authorization within 15 days for return and 30 days for exchange from the invoice date. You will be credited the full purchase price less shipping and handling.

To return any jewelry item, contact us for a return authorization number. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the invoice with the return, and make sure the item is insured for the total cost. We are unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been altered, visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way.
